Marshes & Glades

Wetlands are one of nature’s greatest gifts, an important natural heritage that provides sustenance for immense biodiversity. Healthy wetlands can also be difficult for most people to access. For this series I wanted to offer an opportunity for these areas to be appreciated. My intention was to photographically convey a sense of the magnificence, mystery, and beauty that emanates from these spaces in the hopes that awareness might underscore the importance of conservation. I photographed Marshes and glades environments from Florida to South Carolina.
