About This Project

In my landscape photography I use natural elements to create metaphors for my personal emotions and experience.  In my color landscape images the color becomes a way to experiment with emotions, although often I represent nature using black and white, a presentation that conveys the fundamental structure without the distractions of color.  Then I am able to layer elements such as light, texture and movement to better represent presence, emotion, and time.  .
